  This apt. complex always has openings for a reason: The folks that are placed here are working with social services on their mental health issues....because the rent is considered low in the Bend, OR area ($1045 for a 1 bd), and they take section 8. It's on the river, so we thought "you know, we can ignore anything. We were soooooo wrong. The things that occurred there were so unhealthy, and the walls were so thin, there's no way to ignore it. Drug/alcohol use, theft, lack of security, extremely loud music.....it was worse than the college dorm I lived in 20 years ago, and that's saying something. I'm writing this review because I wish somebody would have done so for us. The agent C&R Real Estate Services of Bend are truly....unkind, passive aggressive people who completely ignored all attempts at communication to help. Or even get a copy of our lease that they said we could access online....Stay far, far away.
