  DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I don't even know where to start. She did everything she could to absorb our entire deposit, and sent us a huge bill to replace the carpet, WHICH THEY NEVER ACTUALLY REPLACED! It was an attempt at a scam, which didn't work, I got a lawyer and we settled after threatening to take them to court. On a more personal note - At one point during our lease we had taken our 1-year-old daughter to a check-up, they found a large tumor in her tummy and immediately sent us to OHSU in Portland. This happened to fall on the 1st of the month, so I called Sherry (First Rate) to let her know the situation, that I had a check ready for her, but we were already on our 3-hour drive to the hospital. I offered to make arrangements to get them paid, but she said "don't​ worry, take care of your daughter, we will settle up when you get home". When we got back, check in hand, she had a massive late fee for us! Thanks Sherry...
