  This business does not answer its phone. I made half a dozen overseas calls, even left messages when I would call back. They never answered my calls and never called back. They say they will call back at their convenience. I guess doing business is not convenient for them. I have rented from them for several years previously in both Bend and Prineville. They are fine otherwise, they just don't give a damn about the business beyond collecting the money.
