  This is my favorite workout place by far! My preteen daughter and I have been going here since May 2017, and love it! Kendall and Lauren are amazing teachers and are very careful to make sure that we are all strong enough to handle the moves that we are taught. Kendall tailors each workout to custom fit each person's strength and flexibility. No forcing to do skills that our bodies aren't ready for. They are so body positive, and super funny. I'm always laughing at every class!!! From beginners to advanced, everyone is super encouraging and supportive. I've seen my daughter blossom from being so self conscious to being super confident in herself. If you want a killer workout and to make some amazing friendships along the way, you need to come and fly with us!!

  We have been going to Central Oregon Aerial Arts for nearly 3 years. Kendall is an incredible teacher and mentor, encouraging her students to safely challenge themselves. The focus is on strength before skills for the safety of the participants. The environment is incredibly friendly and supportive, no matter what your skill level or body type is.
