  Manager is really mean and always complains about the place not being well maintained (the park) when there is a piece of plywood replacing a slide and the basketball court is not leveled the hoops are trash. There has also been people egging houses and stuff like that here .

  DONT USE MAPS! If you give someone your address it will take them down the street to the new neighborhood, and before that it used to be the rv park. If you put The Pines into google it will come up but you cant give anyone your address so you still end up on the phone trying to direct them through the whole neighborhood.
