  I LOVE these yoga classes! Jeanine is such a good teacher; she is so knowledgeable about the different types of yoga and teaches them all equally well. Above all, she encourages her students to listen to their bodies and not try to do something that is too challenging for them on any certain day. She gives individual help where and when it's needed, in a gentle and reassuring way. Her classes are for beginners and advanced students alike--everyone goes home happy!
