  these guys are awesome, i've been there before and after major back surgery and within the amount of time i was supposed to heal i am nearly 100% again.. nothing is perfect and i'm not magically cured or anything, healing takes work.. but it sure was easier with massage, heated pool, and cool trainers to help you get strong without hurting yourself.
