  I did my deal completely via email, text, and phone in one day and picked up my car the next day. They took my trade in by one picture sent by email and gave me a great trade in value!! Justin was our salesman, he went above and beyond to get me a great deal on my 2017 Tahoe! I have dealt with bad dealerships but Justin and Bend Chevrolet made my buying experience easy! Thank you!!!

  I have a 2014 Silverado which I purchased at Chevrolet of Bend and had it serviced there also. The sales experience was great and the service was good. Until my warranty expired. About 30 days after my warranty expired at about 35000 miles my air conditioner stopped working. I took it to the service department because I trusted them to treat me fairly and honestly. It turned out the air conditioner condenser had failed and my radiator was leaking. With an oil change included the bill came to $2351.95. Soon after I found out that the truck had an Open Recall so I went on line to find out what that was all about. What I found was a Web site about the air conditioner and radiator failing and Chevrolet not standing their product. But what bothered me the most was the amount that other people had paid for their repairs. The most anybody else paid was$1150 and I paid $2300.
  I called the corporate office and was told the general manager of the Bend store would call me. It has been five working days and I have not received a call.
  I feel GM has not stood behind their product and my local trusted dealer took advantage of the situation.
